Placing an Order
All communications will be addressed to your e-mail address.
Order acknowledgement will be send to you with the details of your order and the delivery address you entered (automated e-mail).
When we dispatch your order – your order is accepted. (we cant modify or add any items from this stage). Dispatch confirmation e-mail will be send to you. Order completion and acceptance of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the goods ordered.
We may refuse to accept an order:
if there are any problems to obtain the payment
– if goods are not available;
– if there has been product description or pricing error.
We are not responsible for any loss causing by entering your address incorrectly on the web site.
You will be notified via e-mail if a product is out of stock and new delivery times will be suggested. You will have a choice to accept it or cancel your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items Received
We will try our best to deliver our products in perfect condition. However occasionally products can be damaged in transit.

Please return the goods within 14 days (in original packaging).
You return the goods to us at your own expense.
FREE carriage charges are offered for all UK deliveries. Services we use:
- Royal Mail tracked 48 hours;
- Hermes tracked 48 hours;
- Royal Mail First Class signed for (please send us a note if you require fast delivery)
Signature may be required on receipt of delivery.
